Contacted Rob to discuss replacing the roof on my ground floor extension. He provided a quote, which I was more than happy with and a time frame when he would be able to carry out the work. This week Robert came to take two chimneys down for me as I had water coming in. When I first contracted Abacus I really thought I would require a new roof. Was worried very much as money is short. Robert inspected my roof and I was so delighted that my chimneys were the issue and he could put my problem right. What an honest guy, he could have said that a new roof was needed. Gave me a quote, which my son looked at, was very impressed, so asked Robert to do the job. I only had to wait two weeks and along they came. Exactly to the time arranged. Clean and tidy, very considerate to myself and property. Kallum, Jordan and James also helped. These young lads besides being efficient in their roofing skills, we're so polite, such lovely boys. Work has been completed, the standard very high, would vouch for Robert and crew any time.. I also add that there were bits and pieces extra to be done, not in the initial quote, to be fair Robert did not come and ask for extra money. So ...
